A Personal Note
Jim Randleman graduated from San Jose State University in 1982 with a business degree in finance and economics. After traveling for an extended time through Europe with a few dollars and a backpack he began his career in 1984 in the specialized field of commercial real estate. Thirty years later in 2014 he opened JR Commercial Real Estate in Santa Clara California. His advisory approach, as well as his attention to detail allow clients to make complex and difficult decisions much easier. He and his wife have three sons and seven granddaughters.
